Surveillance personnel use advanced security technologies to protect people and premises. Services include reception, gatehouse duties, mail-room operations, CCTV monitoring, and rapid response. All officers undergo a rigorous recruitment process: face-to-face interviews, strict screening, and in-house training with final exams. Officers are screened to BS7858 standards over a 5-year period before starting operational duties. A reserve team of experienced officers is maintained for emergency coverage and to support new contracts with stability and expertise.

Surveillance Security officer undergoes a full 5 year screening to BS7858 standards before commencing operational duties. In addition, we maintain an experienced team of reserve security officers to provide cover in an emergency and also to assist in new contracts where it is essential to have experience and stability from the outset.
